Questions
Does it replace my paper scaffold register?
Yes. Each inspection report includes everything Schedule 7 of the Work at Height Regulations 2005 requires. It's your responsibility to inspect competently, and ScaffInspect makes sure the record is complete and easy to find.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep adding inspections. If you don't, your account becomes read-only: every report and certificate stays viewable and printable, because you may need them for your records.
Does it work on any phone?
Yes. It runs in the web browser on iPhone and Android, on tablets and on computers, so there's nothing to install. It needs a signal to save an inspection.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Starter is for one inspector. Pro covers up to 5, and Company is unlimited. Each report records the inspector's name and position.
Can my client or principal contractor see the reports?
Yes. Create a read-only client link for any site and send it to them. They see the live scaffold register, every inspection report (with photos) and the handover certificates, with no login needed. You can turn the link off at any time.
